Effective - Great for better workout performance!
Rating:
25 February 2025  |

Over the past several months I've been making good progress with my routine of working out daily.. But its gotten to a point now where I've been wanting to push myself further and hopefully gain some muscle!
Right from the off, I had a good impression of the product - the labelling is simple and well presented, so I knew what I was getting without being bombarded with useless info.
Creatine isn't something I'd gotten round to trying until now, but I thought it'd be worth giving a go to see if it boosts my performance.
And I'm glad I did! - This creatine has definitely given me a noticeable performance boost, and I've been able to push myself beyond my previous limits, which is great!
It's probably too soon to say 100% for sure yet as its early days, but I do feel as though i've gained muscle since using the creatine post-workout too. On the whole I'm happy I gave it a go, and plan on using it daily going forward, since it's giving me that much needed boost during tougher exercises.
