Directions:

When taken on it's own as a stand alone thermogenic product:

Take 2 capsules 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals with 1-2 glasses of water.

When taken as Step 3 of the VIBE Experience:

Take 2 VIBE ACTIVATE capsules at the same time during the day, on an empty stomach with 1-2 glasses of water.
Take 1 capsule before bed with a glass of water.
