Not a review as such but wanted to recommend this product as its the nicest tasting dairy free meal replacement I've tried.
I love the chocolate flavour and it's a real treat being lactose free.

Breakfast Shake
Wednesday, 30 September 2020  |

After 12 months of taking a whey protein shake, blended with fruit, every day for breakfast, without losing any weight and ending up feeling sick every morning, I discovered I don't get on well with dairy products!
I thought I was going for a healthy option but ended up being bloated, putting on a little weight and feeling generally yuck for most of the day.
I was about to give up but thought I'd try a dairy free meal replacement as a last chance before going back to toast and biscuits!
What a difference it's made!
I'm now on my third tub of this and it must be because it's dairy free that I feel satisfied with no bloating, no sickness and it feels like my body is digesting this meal replacement far easier than whey protein.
Good news, I've lost 9lb in weight and I'm feeling the best I've felt in a long time.
If you're haeing trouble with other meal replacements/shakes, give this a try, it's much easier on the system and very tasty as well.

Lactose Free
Wednesday, 23 September 2020  |

I've been searching for a dairy free meal replacement that I actually enjoy and I think I've found it.
I was recommended this product by a friend and so far so good. Love the vanilla flavour, haven't tried the chocolate but will try that next.
I make one shake a day to skip one meal and if I feel like a treat, I'll have another for supper!
The best bit - I'm losing weight and no upset stomach as I'm lactose intolerant so I would recommend this to anyone who is the same.
