Himalayan Shilajit Capsules

No nonsense and easy to use supplement, research on shilajit is solid and have used different branded shilajit before.. After using this one for some time, I find I prefer it over the resin based shilajit as it's easier to swallow a capsule and less messy than taking a spoon full of resin.

The reason I bought these capsules was to have a natural way of increasing my workout and post-workout energy levels.

Speaking from my own experience over a few weeks, they do seem to work as described. I feel more energetic, and generally find I can perform better for longer during my strength and cardio sessions.

The method of taking these - (capsules) - is also nice and convenient for gym sessions.

I've been a long time user of shilajit and have had had some good results over the years. However, before now I'd been using a resin version of shilajit since it's what I was exposed to first. Whilst it was effective, I did find it a bit of a pain to use at times and not as convenient to use on the go. I'm much happier using this shilajit supplement as it comes in capsule format, making it very easy to carry around with me and use during busier days.
The health benefits I've been getting in the past from shilajit are seemingly being maintained through this supplement, which I'm also very happy to report! If you've been shopping around like me and are on the fence between this and shilajit resin, I'd recommend giving the capsules a try first as they're more convenient and less hassle to use throughout the day.

I've been meaning to take Shilajit for a while now, having read up on its extensive history and benefits to the body. When I saw the competitive price point, I couldn't say no and decided to give the supplement a try at last.

Something to appreciate about this specific Shilajit supplement is that it comes in capsule form, so there's no messing around with administering liquids and all the mess that comes with it! Quite simply - it's very easy to swallow and there's no jarring aftertaste either.

They're also vegan friendly, so if you're a vegan or vegetarian, you don't have to worry about whether they're ok to use!

Expectations are high! I look forward to seeing how these do in the long term, but am already feeling a general improvement to my health.

As a vegan for several years now, I have to be pretty cautious about what kinds of wellness products I go for.
I'm getting on in years abit, so recently i've been looking for a wellness product that can help combat the effects of my aging, aches and pains etc..
It's required me to do some extensive reading online, and on my travels I came across some compelling research about himalayan shilajit...
Won't bore you with the details since this is a review for the product, but I've found that the shilajit capsules have shown a definite improvement. I don't feel as wiped out/tired now, and can say that the aches & pains have lessened quite a bit since taking them.

When I bought them, the capsules were on sale. But even at the full price, I personally would not hesitate to get them again. I don't think the price is too bad, as you get 60 capsules which lasts quite some time. And again if you're vegan like me, the fact that they are vegan friendly is a nice bonus!

Have only just gotten around to providing my updated thoughts, and have to say that these are indeed impressive!

I'm still working shifts which did a number on me physically (tiredness, etc.) in the past.
From the past few months now, I've been taking the shilajit capsules consistently, and found that I no longer have that "groggy" feeling I once felt at the end of every night shift.

Moreover, I'm a lot less tired during the day across the board, and as a result am able to stay focussed and do things around the house without any issues.

All in all, I'm very happy with the Shilajit capsules and plan to keep using these for a good while yet, seeing as the results have been really good for me.

Am impressed with the delivery timing, so top marks for that. haven't tried the shilajit yet but I'm hopeful since i've heard good things about it .

Very good start, strong first impressions! Feeling a noticeable reduction in my fatigue since taking these capsules, even after a long day in the office.

I've also found that the capsules seem to be providing a big boost to my focus and I'm no longer getting as much mental fatigue when grinding away at work.

As I said, strong first impressions and will be using more of them going forward.

Like the other reviewer on here I haven't had much chance to use these for long yet.

But I am pretty impressed with the capsules so far! Alot of the time I feel pretty groggy in the day since I work shifts at my job, but the capsules seem to be helping with my tiredness and energy levels quite a bit.

Will keep on using these and update my review once I've had more time with them.
