Directions:
When taken on it's own as a stand alone product:
Take 1 capsule 2 to 4 times a day, 30 minutes before meals.
Preferably take with a full glass of water.
When taken as Step 1 of the VIBE Experience:
Take 1 capsule with a full glass of water when you get up in the morning.
Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes.
Take an additional capsule when required throughout the day with a full glass of water and 30 minutes before meals.
(Take a Maximum of 3 Capsules per day)
