How to use it

ViDrate Hydration Drinks - Directions

ViDrate is designed to be added to 500-700ml of water, depending on strength of flavour preference. Pour, shake and hydrate!
Can be made with hot water or added to shakes for extra taste and hydration.

Night Time - is designed to be mixed with 300ml of water (not 500-700ml like our other sachets) so you won't be rushing to the toilet in the middle of the night! Our Night Time sachets contain L-Theanine & 5-HTP and is still completely natural and contains zero sugar. We recommend taking Night Time 60-90 minutes before bed.

Can't knock the price!! Am impressed with the overall quality of the product, nice packaging and ample number of sachets in the box.

I really like the flavour of the vidrate powder and have been using it to help motivate myself to drive more throughout the day. So far I've managed to drink several glasses of water in conjunction with the sachets - before I'd only get 2 glasses of plain water in due to the taste, so this is a big improvement for me!

I also like thst these use all natural ingredients and don't include sugar, so I don't have to feel guilty about using them. Good stuff.

Can't fault my experience.

Can't fault it really.. ordered with standard delivery but still got it next day, so service is very good! Am enjoying the boost flavour at the moment, very punchy not too sweet.

Great for 9to5

Personally finding it great during the 9to5 grind at work. Very easy to pop the sachet's contents into a bottle of water and have a tasty drink with little fuss. The fact that it's tasy while remaining healthy really appeals to me as well, as i dont feel so bad about the stuff I'm drinking during the day now!

Considering that I exercise each day, I probably don't stay as hydrated as I should... Especially since I find water bland and not very nice to drink!
I've seen ViDrate advertised a few times now,and just recently gotten around to giving it a try.
Personally I found the tropical flavour to be very tasty, and I appreciate that it only uses some natural sweetener to enhance the taste. It's nice to see that they don't use any sugar or fructose in these sachets, which i can't stand!
Overall if you're struggling to stay hydrated and need something a bit more palatable to help you do that, I'd recommend giving Vidrate a shot. Definitely comes with my seal of approval!

Sleep

I've been struggling to sleep lately, and since I always make myself a drink before bed, the night time sachets seemed like a good option for me.
The sachets are something I've been using for the past few weeks and it seems to be working.. Not sure how it does it, but it seems like i'm sleeping more soundly now and feel more weel rested in the mornings.
The night time vidrate has a pleasant mixed berry flavour too, which makes it quite easy to drink. Can't comment on the other flavours and their effects as I've not tried them, so giving 4 stars instead of 5 for that reason.

Really tasty! Like the fact that there's no nasty stuff added but that it doesnt effect the flavour

Much better than drinking plain water after a running sesh imo, a nice range of flavours too
